Omigod, he actually remembers my name!
Fresh from a day off at home for a family Thanksgiving, Prime Minister Stephen Harper said Sunday he’s not worried about negative press coverage which has dogged his campaign….
“I would say this, Joe,” he said in an exclusive [sic] interview Sunday in Brampton….

Apparently, the Sun rags don’t get that many hits on Google
“If we believed the media headlines, I never would have been elected once, let alone three times. I have lost every campaign, according to the media, we have ever run and I have been prime minister for almost a decade.” [H]e smiled when I teased him about how when you Google “Stephen Harper,” every headline popping up is negative or demeaning compared to the positive treatment received by Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau.

Wait for it…
“A lot of it is slander,” said Phil Lamantia, tool and die manager at Atlas…. “He’s nothing like you hear about. He’s a really great, down to earth guy.” There’s a headline you won’t see.

Oh, if only this could go on forever!
I will write a second part of our conversation in Tuesday’s Toronto Sun where I will explore the issue of pay roll [sic] taxes.
