They want Hep C in remission or gone (Harvoni) before transplant, otherwise new liver gets Hep C too.
Certainly, that’s 15 drinks per day? Eugene knows the truth.
He wouldn’t be allowed to be on the normal transplant list if he were an alcoholic. I guess other solutions had to be found to get the new organ.
Shurely you can’t be saying that if he were diagnosed as a drunk he would have to go to the end of the line. That is, unless some member of the public stepped forward to volunteer.
