Q: I can’t login – what gives, Frank?
A: If you have gone through the process of paying for a subscription and can’t seem to login, the first thing to do is change your password to something unique – don’t use “password” or “qwerty” — the system doesn’t like it! If you are still experiencing problems, contact our IT guru immediately.
Q: How the hell do I update my subscription information or unsubscribe???
A: You can update your subscription (new credit card, pausing/cancelling your subscription, delivery address, etc) at:

If that doesn’t work for you, Send our web accounts department a polite email asking to stop your subscription and they will help you out in good time. Please include your email and full name that you used to join.
