    As a senator he was called onto the carpet for $100,000 in expenses
    where he was acting as Campaign Manager for the PCs. His argument
    was basically the same as Duffy’s (rules unclear etc) & he got off –
    then the Senate tightened the rules to prevent this sort of knavery,
    obviously without success.
