The print stable is a little-loved remnant of the Maclean-Hunter empire that Rogers swallowed years ago. In the Guy Laurence era, Sportsnet, wireless and cable are the golden calves, the sound of pencils sharpening and tumbrels rolling at the mags is unmistakable.
