  1. He clearly violated CBC’s conflict of interest policy. How he thought he could do that and get away with it is a mystery. He was a miserable host of of Power and Politics (hopelessly inarticulate), but he wasn’t stupid. Go figure.

  2. Amanda must be soiling her undersilks in dread, waiting for the knock on the door. As for Evan, he never had Don Newman’s class. And he was a lousy moderator, allowing shouting matches to replace quasi-informed debate. Maybe he and Ian can start a business together.

    • Amanda has F*cked her way to invincibility. Don’t expect any change there!

  3. Evan informed the brass in April, yet the axe didn’t fall until it came out in the Star. Evidently the Jian fiasco has taught them nothing.

  4. A case of a very smart guy, and his Hubris. I’ll miss him on P&P, but he deserves this one. Very blatant.

  5. At last we can leave The House program on, instead of throwing the radio across the room on Saturday mornings.

    He will not be missed.

Kathleen Petty back from Calgary? Anyone but Chris Hall.

  6. I admit I will miss him, but why did the Corpse brass wait for the Tsar article?
